Cuzzie Catchup

Last day of our holiday. Looking forward to home, but could still do a bit more. Will have to save it till next time.

We eventually caught up with cuzzies at the train station and walked to Chinatown for a coffee. Found Chinatown but not the coffee or a clean toilet! Spent most of the time wandering around, but eventually found a cleanish looking food area and sat down to catch up for an hour or so. It was great to finally meet my second cousins who are both really nice girls, uni students in Auckland. Kay has done a good job! They are staying on in Singapore then going to Kuala Lumpur and further afield before they all go back to NZ.

Kay has holidays from her job in Dubai.

We found the motel shuttle at the train station so took it back there. This time the driver was still there when we came back with our bags. He dropped us back at the station from where we caught a train to Changi airport. Cost around $4.

Once again because of congestion in Dubai the connecting flight was late, so we didn't get away on time. Neil decided that he would n't go to work in the morning after all.
