More pubs and castles

We had a relaxing morning, and then Lynda took us for a drive to the Mayfly Pub on the River Test, famous for fly fishing. Did the usual beer/wine tasting, then went on to Winchester to see the famous cathedral and the castle housing King Arthur's table, proudly displayed on the wall. (Isn't it a legend?)

So many castles/pubs/country lanes and cars, all in such a small space!

Colin had a ham salad prepared for tea when we got home, probably glad that he didn't have to do any driving (but went to work instead).
